With the support of the Flemish Community, in cooperation with the RDA and several private organisations, a new infrastructure is created in order to give better support to new business ventures. The centre has a clear, defined mission and strategy: to provide premises, housing of (young) enterprises, to offer logistic services, to offer company guidance, to offer storage place and to offer infrastructure for teleworkers. The services and company guidance they give for starting up, or to help young companies to grow, distinguishes the centre from a more real-estate business.

The centre is ideally located, close to a number of strategic centres and close to Leuven University, 25 minutes from Brussels and 20 minutes from Brussels International Airport. There is direct access to the E40 and close to the railway station of Tienen.
