Terrace Offices 23 has a roof-top space as well as a modern meeting room to accommodate all kinds of events and workshops. The conference room is perfect for private meetings of up to 12 people and comes equipped with a whiteboard, a TV-screen and a state of the art smart table featuring Qi and USB chargers, built-in speaker system, height-adjustable frame and more. Coffee/tea/water and kitchen access is included in the booking fee.

TO23 offers a great open space and a spacious terrace on the top level, great for medium-size corporate events, presentations, hack-a-thons, workshops, etc. The large windows create ample natural light and white walls are perfect for projecting. The space can accommodate approximately 50 people and in the warmer months the terrace offers extra space. The terrace is outfitted with modern and comfortable furniture with stunning views of the city.

There is a cozy kitchen with all the necessities. We are happy to facilitate the catering with one of our preferred partners. The space is elevator accessible making it easy for load in and load out.

We are happy to provide a viewing to better evaluate whether our space is the right fit for your event. Access with public transport and by car is very easy: U6 and S‐Bahn is 5-10 minutes away by walk, bus 322 stops right in front of the building.

The event space is situated in the heart of Reinickendorf, Berlin, steps away from S-bahn Eichborndammm with a great BVG connection - 20 min from Wedding and Tegel (10min by bike!). In front of the building there is a great canteen, and the closest supermarket is 5min away.

The building has 5 floors with big and small meeting rooms, kitchens, and a terrace accessible for guests. The space can be used by a single company or divided for smaller groups with collective use of the facilities.
