The Company that owns this venue was founded in 1988 based on an innovative concept: "to provide all types of companies with an infrastructure to work effectively." The first venue opened in 1989 in Saint-Maur-des-Fosses and consisted of 700 m². Since then the group has developed the concept by building and implementing a strategy that allows it to be today a major player on the east of Paris with a total area of around 7000 square meters (offering 500 workstations) spread over 3 locations.
