Welcome to the Knoll Business Centre in Hove. We offer event space and meeting room hire, set within a characterful building that provides a unique and memorable venue for all occasions.

The building was originally a boy’s school and while we’ve brought it squarely into the 21st century, we’ve proudly kept as much of its original character as possible, including parquet flooring. So, if you like things a bit old school (pun intended), then this could be your ideal business home.

The event and meeting spaces range in size, accommodating a variety of group sizes, from intimate meetings to larger gatherings the size of half a tennis court, making the venue suitable for a range of small and medium-sized events.

And of course, these are all available under our one-page licences, so you can choose to stay for a day or forever. Our centre manager is a long-standing member of staff and we similarly have many long-term customers, who value its excellent transport links and community atmosphere.

Where is the Knoll Business Centre?

Portslade town centre and all its amenities less than a ten minutes’ walk away and Brighton is under 20 minutes away by car. Both the A23 and A27 are a short drive away, making Gatwick approximately 30 minutes away and London reachable in an hour.

The nearest stations are Portslade, 0.3 miles away and Aldrington, 0.8 miles away. Plus there's a comprehensive bus network that covers Hove, Brighton and beyond.
